AFK Chain of Command:
Supreme Commander – Clan leader
Generals – Established member who shows exceptional dedication and interest within the clan. Generals are expected to help clan leaders develop new strategies for clan expansion and organization., Generals will meet with the clan leaders as a separate group.
Colonels – Previous game leaders who show continue dedication to the clan. Colonels are clan support leaders for AFK. They are also responsible for special clan projects. Colonels will meet with the clan leader as a separate group.
Majors & Captains – AFK leaders for individual games. Minimum requirement of one-year service.
Lieutenant & Sergeant – Entry level leadership. Minimum requirement of six-month service. Lieutenant is the minimum ranking to become a clan involved game leader. Game leaders are also responsible for picking their co-leaders, GB leaders, and ect. Game leaders are responsible for organizing and setting up tryouts and practices for their game. Sergeant is the minimum ranking for game co-leaders. All are expected to display AFK qualities by representing AFK.
Corporals – Members who display exceptional AFK qualities that are not yet involved in any game leadership.
Private First Class – AFK Members who are in the AFK GB Squads. Some Members will be given leadership positions within GB squad as well as GB admin rights. These individuals will report directly to the GB Squad Leader and Game Leader.
All AFK Leaders shall follow the Chain of Command (CoC) list. They are to act as the clan leader when he is unavailable. They are responsible for acting professional, mature and respecting all members online and on our AFK website and to uphold this with all members of the clan in all arenas
All AFK Leaders are responsible for screening new recruits. They should make an effort to get to know the newer clan members. Leaders are encouraged to help newer members to understand the clan and how the system works. They should also help newer members develop in all areas.
All AFK members are a representation of AFK especially the CoC. Leaders are liaisons among other clans for communication, GB. And others. Keep in mind the responsibilities while scheduling and reporting GBs. All AFK Leaders are encouraged to attend leadership meetings hosted by the clan leader at various times.
All AFK Leaders are required to stay active within the clan both on the systems and the website. It is your responsibilities to keep high levels of communication within the clan. Communication is the KEY.
