Below is a Post I found Online by PRETTY JESUS. I changed it a little to reflect the views of AFK.
Ignorance, Incompetence and Arrogance
Looking for the fastest way out?
Everyone’s a great member right? You can do no wrong as long as you’re winning? Display these endearing qualities too much and you’re toast. We won’t love you any less. You’ll be a great friend but no longer a team mate regardless of your role.
Ignorance
This quality is probably the worst out of the three. Understand that making offensive, discriminatory, degrading remarks about or to another human being while representing 305 BOYZ / AFK will ultimately result in dismissal. Much like real life not knowing the law doesn’t make you an exception. Ask your peers and leaders if you’re not sure. Read our AFK Requirements Thread to get a better understanding of how we expect you to behave as a clan member (afk305boyz.proboards83.com/index.cgi?board=jointheafkclan&action=display&thread=1176216170). Familiarize yourself with our forums and stay attuned to what the clan is doing.
The key word here is read, it’s fundamental. Being an active, productive member depends on it.
Incompetence
Maybe you try hard but somehow continue to make mistakes? What if you read and think you understand but find yourself in error more than once? Feel like the whole world is against you no matter what course of action you take? Chances are, you’re incompetent…
Don’t take it too hard; just relegate yourself to being a member. Not everyone can take a position of leadership just because they excel at gaming. Gaming and leading a team are two entirely different things. Not everyone can do both. There are leaders who do not game well. There are gamers who do not lead well. Some are fortunate and can do both. We’ll let you know where you stand. Take it constructively.
Play your role and allow others to play theirs without your interference.
Arrogance
You’ve been on the team from the beginning and have proved yourself. Maybe, you just got recruited because you’re amazing. It doesn’t matter, calm down and realize that you are a part of a team. If you’re having a great game, take the time to help those who are not. You will have your off and on days just like the next person.
Keep your ego in check or we will check it for you.
Stay humble and keep your nose to the grind. Be courteous and considerate of not only your team but your opponent as well.
