If they release the tools to do so I'm sure I could do it. I mean...I can animate anything necessary, but what would the necessary format be. A looping movie in the background?...who knows as of yet. All I know is I used the PS3 theme creator software to compile the still images I made in Photoshop, etc... Frankly I haven't updated my PS3 to even see a dynamic one yet. I will soon though.
Message me if you see any tools like that.

Tell you what, if any of you know where to get PS3 Dynamic Theme Creator software, tell me where to get it and I'll make it happen. Like I said, I'm sure I could if I had the tools or knew the format.

I think they are keeping dynamic theme creation under wraps so they could charge for them. There's only 1 free dynamic theme and it's a Sony advertisement for make.believe. Someone will eventually figure out how to make a homebrew one.

It also (currently and for the forseeable future) requires a Dev Kit to implement. Not a cheap endeavor.
