For me then I would have a Black hat.
The three colors of thread being black or possibly very dark grey for the outer color. Medium Grey for the mid color and white for the very inside color. A gradient towards the center. Let me know how much and I'm on it.
And for those of you who need additional files for the T-Shirt. Sorry I haven't been getting them to you. Getting ready for wedding and all, plus finishing up additional work at work. PM me telling me exactly what you or your printer needs to get the effect you want. I'll work on those when I get back from the honeymoon.

To Indiana=5.38(Clique) To NY=5.84(RoRo) I should have a sample later today.

So what's the total then. A bit over $20? Let me know when, where, and who to make the MO for and I'll give you my address.

Clique, the total will be $10 for the hat (embroidered) plus shipping, so the total is less than $16. I am not marking this stuff up, just what I pay. It might be tomarrow for the new sample, I left the design @ home. We will finalize everything once I show you your colors and test sew it on a hat, so very soon.

Thanks, I appreciate the comment. This photo is a little dark, it looks better first hand.

Clique, the black hat I have on hand has grey flames on it. It looks pretty cool with the AFK logo, but I can get a solid black as well. Let me know what you think when you get back.

Thanks, I appreciate the comment. This photo is a little dark, it looks better first hand. Send me some more info when you get a chance. I am looking to get 150 or so custom hats and shorts for my crews at work. We are working on a logo in a conest right now. Once we get the concept, I will fire it off to you. Can your company take a art concept and make it happen? T

I only do stuff on a small scale. For complex designs I would suggest a professional embroidery shop in your local area. My machines are home models, and hats are about the hardest thing to work with. Also I would provide the design I made if it would help.
